    Josh has been a valued part of Marlboro Nissan since April 1, 2000. While he may have started on April Fools’ Day, there’s nothing joking about the fact that this was his very first job—and he’s been dedicated ever since. Over the years, Josh has proven himself to be an incredibly hardworking and committed professional, earning the Nissan Award of Excellence annually and ultimately being promoted to General Manager in 2024.

    Outside of work, Josh is a passionate sports fan—especially when it comes to the Patriots and Tom Brady. In fact, he admits he nearly cried when Brady left New England! But above all else, Josh is a devoted family man. He cherishes every moment spent with his wife, their two sons, and their dogs.

    Josh and his wife are their sons’ biggest supporters, whether they’re cheering on their oldest as he plays Division 1 baseball or guiding their youngest through high school, who will be attending UMass Amherst this upcoming year. Their pride and involvement in their boys’ lives is truly inspiring.

    What Josh loves most about working at Marlboro Nissan is the strong sense of family. The company values its employees like family, and in turn, Josh takes pride in extending that same care and respect to every customer.

    Michael has been a valued member of the Marlboro Nissan team since joining the dealership in 2002. Over the years, he has served in several key roles, including Sales Professional, Finance Manager, and Sales Manager.

    Mike has been part of a team that has earned the Nissan Award of Excellence an impressive 14 times. Throughout his tenure, he has remained committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience and continues to demonstrate that dedication every day at Marlboro Nissan.

    Michael has four children and currently lives in Franklin, Massachusetts with his girlfriend. In his free time, he enjoys going to the beach, watching sports, and going out to dinner with friends.

    Brian has been a member of the Marlboro Nissan team since 2018. Prior to his recent promotion to Sales Manager in May of 2025, he was named Salesperson of the Year five times. Brian brings extensive industry knowledge to his role, having worked with Nissan since 1998.

    Before moving to Massachusetts, Brian lived in San Diego, where he spent 12 years working with Nissan before deciding to make the move and call Marlboro Nissan his new home.

    Since relocating to New England, Brian has become a big fan of the region’s sports teams and enjoys attending Bruins, Red Sox, and Patriots games whenever he can. He’s also an avid hockey player and currently competes in two local leagues.

    Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Whether it’s snowshoeing in the winter or spending summer days on the boat at their lake house, he values every opportunity for quality time with his family. At the end of the day, he’s always greeted at the door by his dog, Lola, and his cat, Oatmeal.

    What Brian enjoys most about working at Marlboro Nissan is being part of a great team and having the opportunity to deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.

I’ve had the opportunity to work on both the retail and corporate sides of the business, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of what it truly takes to deliver a great automotive experience.

    Throughout my journey, one thing has always remained at the center of my work: the customer. I believe that buying, servicing, or interacting with the automotive world should be straightforward, transparent, and enjoyable. My focus has always been on creating meaningful relationships, understanding each customer’s needs, and making sure every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

    My experience across different areas of the industry allows me to see the bigger picture while still paying attention to the small details that matter most to customers. I take pride in providing exceptional service and helping people feel confident and comfortable throughout their automotive experience.

    Courtney has been part of the Albrecht Auto Group since 2022 and joined the Marlboro Nissan family in November 2025. She leads our Business Development Center and serves as a Customer Relations Manager, and she’s often the first person you’ll connect with when reaching out to our dealership. Courtney loves building small connections with customers and enjoys meeting new people throughout the day. She genuinely cares about making sure every customer feels welcomed, supported, and happy with their experience at Marlboro Nissan.

    Outside of the dealership, Courtney is a proud mom of twins, Buddy and Tilly. They stay busy playing multiple sports year-round, so you’ll often find her on a field or in a gym after work and on weekends cheering them on. In her free time, Courtney enjoys visiting wineries, spending time at the beach, and being with her family.

    Courtney often shares how grateful she is to work at Marlboro Nissan, a place that truly values family. She considers the dealership her home away from home and looks forward to connecting with both new and returning customers.

    Mark is our Senior Sales Consultant and has been with Marlboro Nissan since the dealership opened its doors in 1996. With automotive experience dating back to 1986, he brings extensive industry knowledge and a deep understanding of the many benefits of the Nissan brand.

    Throughout his career at Marlboro Nissan, Mark has been recognized as Salesperson of the Year an incredible 21 times. His dedication to helping customers find the right vehicle has made him a trusted resource for many loyal clients.

    Mark is a passionate New England sports fan and enjoys cheering on his favorite teams with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, he loves to travel, relax at the beach, fire up the BBQ, and play a round of golf. When he’s not spending time with his family, you can often find him playing with his two pups, Brady and Bailey.

    Robert Chipman, better known as “Bob,” joined the Marlboro Nissan team in 2025. He has been selling cars in Massachusetts since 2023 and brings valuable experience working with a wide variety of used vehicles. Bob first heard about Marlboro Nissan through family members who have been valued customers here for more than 20 years.

    Known for his integrity and attention to detail, Bob is committed to making the car-buying process honest, transparent, and as easy as possible for his customers.     Outside of the dealership, Bob is a passionate musician who plays drums, guitar, and bass. You can often catch him performing on drums with his cover band around the Central Massachusetts area. He also loves comedy and is frequently found sharing laughs with customers at his desk.

If you have any questions about what tires to get or when to change them out, Chris is our expert tire guy and is always ready to help. A lot of people don’t know, but Chris is fascinated with snakes and even has 10 of his own! He also is an avid gardener and loves to work around his Koi pond when the springtime comes around. When Chris isn’t working, he likes to stay busy by going ice fishing and hiking during the winter. When Sunday comes along, he loves watching the Patriots game with his wife, 2 kids and his cat Teddy. From helping customers and technicians find the right parts to keeping operations organized and efficient, Patrick knows that the right parts at the right time make all the difference. He enjoys being part of a team that keeps customers safely on the road.
    When Patrick isn’t at work, you’ll most likely find him spending time with his wife and their two young kids, who definitely keep life interesting and busy. Family time is his favorite way to recharge—whether that means relaxing at home or getting outside for some fresh air.
    Patrick is also a big fan of golf and slow pitch softball. While he enjoys competing, he’ll be the first to admit that some days are better than others on the scorecard. When he’s not chasing a ball around a field or a golf course, he loves spending time outdoors and appreciating nature whenever he can.

    Lori is our office controller who has worked for our team for 26 years, and has been working for our Owner, Jeff Batta, for a total of 40 years! Marlboro Nissan has a special place in Loris’ heart because it was here where her and her husband met and have been happily married ever since! They have a blended family, but she could not have asked for 3 better kids to raise and watch them grow up to become the adults they are today. Outside of work, Lori likes to go boating in the summer and spend her days snow shoeing in the winter to stay active. Her and her husband are big fans of the Bruins and the Patriots, however, the 49ers are a close second to cheer on during football season. Lori has an adorable energetic pup named Chloe who is absolutely adored by everyone who meets her! What Lori loves most about working with Marlboro Nissan is her coworkers and the amazing team they have become over the years!

Jackie isn’t just a mom to her 18-year-old son, but she’s also a mom to her adorable cat, Louie! What Jackie loves most about working with Marlboro Nissan is getting to see the excitement on a customer’s face when they recieve the title to their new car!
