Hello and welcome to Marlboro Nissan! My name is Jeff Batta - General Manager, Vice-President, and Owner of Marlboro Nissan. Here, at Marlboro Nissan, we provide a friendly, laid-back, low-pressure environment (no stuffy suits here!). I started in the car business in 1979 and the greatest truth I've learned in my long experience is that you, the consumer, want a place to do business that is fair and trustworthy. A place where your business is appreciated. You just want a dealership that will be there for you if you ever encounter a problem. In short, "a dealership for life..." Here at Marlboro Nissan, we strive to be just that: You"re Dealership for Life...
Personal Background
I"ve spent my career with Nissan as both a factory executive for Nissan USA and as a dealer since 1985 and in 1996, my partners and I, purchased Marlboro Nissan. I have been on numerous Nissan advisory committees. Most recently I was elected, by over 190 Nissan Dealers, as President of the Northeast Regional Dealer Advisory Board. I owe everything to Nissan and the Woburn Foreign Motors Group of which we are a part. I even met my lovely wife while working at Nissan USA! I truly feel blessed with all that life has given me. Because of this, I never forget that without you, my valued customer, none of this would be possible.
Marlboro Nissan Experience
In closing, I am a firm believer that customer satisfaction can only occur when the employee assisting that customer is a happy employee. If not, the customer experience will be soured. We are unique in that we hire regular folks with families, just like you and me. We treat them right and grow their skills and abilities. As a result, they never leave! Just about every employee at Marlboro Nissan has been here a minimum of 5 years and many have been here since the beginning. Our staff is very experienced with the Nissan product, in fact, every member of the sales team at Marlboro Nissan is Full Line Certified in the Nissan product. Whether its a product question or a technical service or parts question, chances are, we"ve been there before. Our experienced staff is the single biggest reason that nearly half of our consumers are either repeat customers or referred to us.
